1. The walk-in cooler is unable to hold potentially hazardous foods at or below 41° F. The ambient air was measuring 50° F.
2. Carnitas, salsas, cheese, and various foods are being held at 50-51° F in the walk-in cooler.
3. A container of sanitizer is not labeled.
4. Sanitizer concentration in wiping cloth container(s) is too strong.
5. Areas of the floor are missing grout.
6. Various ceiling surfaces are damaged.
7. Food equipment is not being air dried before being nested together.
8. Potentially hazardous and ready to eat foods that are prepared on-site and held for more than 24 hours are not date-marked.
9. Clean equipment is not covered or inverted to prevent contamination.
10. Cutting boards are scratched and scored and no longer easily cleanable
