not sure I was the only one who ate it. It started within an hour of eating. Started with pain in my stomach & bloating. Didn't know I was going to vomit at first but within 10-15 minutes, I was vomiting violently.
Purchased chicken wings and made a ceasar salad with romaine lettuce purchased from there yesterday. Not sure which was the culprit but within an hour of eating, I was so sick. Vomitting & diarrhea . | Symptoms: Vomiting, Bloating, Diarrhea, Stomach Pain
