My husband and I each got chicken pitas from here on Thursday evening. Friday morning I woke with terrible abdominal cramping, diarrhea and vomiting. Symptoms got progressively worse throughout the day and I actually fainted from dehydration bc I could not keep any fluids down. Today is Saturday and my abdomen is still tender and I am nauseous but improved since yesterday. This was the only thing I ate on Thursday other than a slice of toast and symptoms were sudden and severe. My mother is a doctor and believes it was salmonella secondary to undercooked chicken given my symptoms. My husband was also sick but less severe symptoms than me (just nausea and diarrhea) and he had a seperate pita | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Dehydration, Cramps
