fish and chip with tartar sauce, I ate fish and chips (with tartar sauce) on October 5th, 2019. I began feeling stomach cramps the following morning. My severe diarrhea that has lasted 8 days now caused me to visit the ER. Salmonella poisoning was confirmed October 14th, 2019 via stool sample. This was the only meal in 2 weeks where my husband and I ate something different. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Cramps
