Ate there around 6:00pm on Thursday, June 28, 2018. I ate caesar salad, biscuits, and shrimp alfredo with water to drink. Started with diarrhea, nausea, and stomach pain at 3am Friday morning and followed with vomiting later. I also had a massive headache deep in my head. It's now day 3 and I still have diarrhea! I've already lost 5lbs since I can't digest anything even bland food. The vomiting and massive headache have gone away. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Headache, Stomach Pain
