Birthday dinner today at 6:30. Ate the classic Ultimate Feast which included snow crab. Woke up at 12:30 am to an upset stomach with severe diarrhea, nausea and chills.

Ate there around 6:00pm on Thursday, June 28, 2018. I ate caesar salad, biscuits, and shrimp alfredo with water to drink. Started with diarrhea, nausea, and stomach pain at 3am Friday morning and followed with vomiting later. I also had a massive headache deep in my head.…
