Lobster Dip, LinguiNi Illness - Red Lobster, Fort Myers Florida

Went to Red Lobster Dec 26th 2016 at approx 8pm. Order the lobster artichoke dip for an app. For the entree i ate the crab linguini alfredo. My mother ate the same app, but ordered the shrimp trio for her entree. Aprrox 4am, i was awaken by a sharp stomach pain which i immediately went to the restroom. I 24 hours later, I cannot hold any food down. I have diarrhea every 1-2 hours.My mother stated that she also had stomach aches and diarrhea. She stated that she used the restroom twice and felt ok. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Stomach Pain
