My wife bought on Saturday on 01/22/2022 she bought lobster shrimp and salmon once I ate it half hour later I started to throw up.. I threw up 3 times that night I was so weak I fell asleep in the middle of the night around 4 am I started to throw up again I waited to see if it continues I fell back asleep around 6 pm I continue to throw up that I had to go to the hospital very bad diarrhea was cold a lot of pain I was in the hospital the ran test check blood and even did a e ultrasound of my abdomen Gil bladder kidney they put me on IV cause I was dehydrated also gave me pain med for the bad pain which doctors diagnose me food poisoning. I had to call my job to be excused due to my throwing up and cold chills and diarrhea I was discharged around midnight or maybe 1 am they gave med medication for the throwing up medication for the pain and for the diarrhea I got home and fell asleep once I got up I started to throw up again and diarrhea with lots of stomach pain until today I still have stomach pain and diarrhea kite head dizziness.. I return to work last night and was not feeling 100% still had bad pain and chills and dizziness.. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Vomiting, Dizziness, Chills, Stomach Pain
