Shrimp Scampi Illness Report - Red Lobster, San Antonio Texas

Lettuce and shrimp scampi. About half hour after I ate the house salad I kept feeling sick but would take tums.  We ate at 12:15 all throughout the afternoon and evening I felt sick.  At 9:15 vomiting up shrimp and something black.  Which could have been the lettuce.  Kept getting worse and came more violent and often.  8-10 times an hour until 6:30.  I had no desire to see food or drink about 7am I was thirsty and drank sips of water. Still very weak but glad pain is gone, I thought I was going to die. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Weakness
