Additional information: I have had suspected food borne illness before and this was pretty severe. We went to dinner later in the evening, and there weren't many staff there. My soup was brought out later than the meal, my friend's salad was on a warm plate, and none of the food would have been considered to be piping hot that should have been. I had items that I have eaten before without any adverse affects.
