Ate shrimp alfredo with two sides of garlic shrimp and two paralyzer beverages around 8 pm. By 3 am was vomiting and experiencing diarrhea without any warning, still experiencing symptoms at 11am the same day. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Vomiting
