16th of October Pad Thai. Pad Thai Asian Bistro in silver springs M.D via Uber poisoned noodles. Hi all, I ordered Pad Thai for lunch via Uber. When it arrived I ate some shrimp and Lots of noodles 🍜. The next evening I because violently I'll. I could not control the vomiting, nausea and stomach pain/distention the ambulance took me to the hospital and they started an IV with something for nausea and stomach pain and antibiotics. I stayed all night and we thought that I was stable enough to go home. So I went home and then the vomiting and nausea became overwhelming I called an ambulance (this is the second time) I stayed a couple days. I was given two antibiotics nausea and some other stuff to take. It's It's been two weeks for revory now. I still don't feel well. I notiticefied the health department and they did an inspection ( it wasn't easy to get one out there) They found rats and other rodents dropping and the cook didn't know what temperature the food is supposed to be stored. Also, Pad Thai noodles were one of those items that were contimaded. I have lost so much weight, and I worry about a full recovery. PLEASE do not order Pad Thai noodles or anything else from Red Maple Thai Asian Bistro. It was a nightmare to go through. Please, just don't. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain
