E. Coli Lettuce Scare - Red Robin, Bothell Washington

I was sick for 6 days. I had the Crispy Chicken Salad. Ate less than half due to feeling full. I started to feel body aches throughout the night, then at 5am woke up nauseous, in terrible pain and diarrhea. It lasted for a total of 6 days, including a fever. My Dr said it was symptoms of E.Coli. I've reported it to the company already. We have a feeling it's the lettuce since I was the only one in my party to consume lettuce. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Fever, Body Ache
