Additional information: Went to lunch with my friend yesterday , both got same meal (keep it simple with only pickles since they forget cheese on both meals). She immediately became nauseous within a few hours and I woke up this morning extremely nauseous. It’s only been 3 hours since I woke up and I’ve thrown up three times | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Chills, Headache
