I had a bowl yesterday early afternoon and had some abdominal pains and cramping. I thought it would go away this morning but it didn't. I also have some abdominal bloating too. I'm not going to be anymore. And I even had it with the non-dairy milk because I'm allergic to milk. | Symptoms: Stomach Pain, Cramps, Bloating
