I went to McDonald's on 5148 Mann Blvd. in Reno, Nevada I placed my order on the kiosk at 1:05. I went up to the front waited about 10 minutes or so nobody come and help me I needed to pay with cash just waiting there so I left I came back. still waited for a minute until I kept telling them. Hey, I need to pay for my order then they finally got up to the register I paid for my order I complained everybody heard me and then everybody seen me waiting in line all this while I get my food immediately after me and my daughters eat we all have stomach aches, cramps diarrhea, nausea. I called McDonald's to complain they said they're supposed to get back to me. I don't know who I spoke with, but they said they couldn't get a hold of anybody at that location so I gave them my phone number and they said that somebody will be reaching back out to me. Well, I have my receipts. I have the pictures of the food and you guys can even see the video camera footage and see that they were completely ignoring me why they were helping other people and it took over 30 minutes to get my food. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Stomach Pain, Cramps, Headache
