3 Paseo Costa Canaria, San Bartolomé de Tirajana, 35100 Canarias, Spain
Yesterday I went here to eat with my wife and three kids. We ate a dinner and dessert.15 minutes after we left the restaurant my daughter felt really sick and started vomiting. We got back to the hotel and then my son (7years old) started vomiting. 2 hours later we were all vomiting and kept on the whole night.
Today i wanted to reach out to the restaurant to tell them what happened hoping that they would want to find out what caused the food poisoning. I got on the phone with the owner of the restaurant and guess what!? He didn't believe me and wanted me to go to a doctor to confirm that food poisoning really was the case. He met me with such an arrogant attitude that I see no other option than to warn people here. He was not curious at all about what food we ate, so the bacteria is still somewhere in the restaurant food.
We are here for a one week holliday and I really want to spare other families for this terrible experience taking away 24 hours of our much longed vacation.
Here is what we ate: Garlic prawns, baby calamaris, brushetta and aioli. For dessert we had three different kinds of ice cream; strawberry, chocolate and vanilla with cream.
I also asked the owner of the restaurant to get back the 88eur we spent on the meal but he refused. No apologie, no humility, no nothing. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting
