Onset of symptoms day 3 of stay. Severe nausea, vomiting, bloody diarrhea, fever, chills, headache, abdominal pain and cramping for final 5 days of vacation. Stayed in bed. Not able to eat or drink. Returned home and symptoms persist. Vacation 2/27-3/6/26. Symptom onset 3/2/26. Ate at pool, buffet, Asian, Italian restaurants. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Fever, Cramps, Chills, Headache
