Honey Nut Cheerios Medley Crunch. Ate a bowl from a brand-new box for breakfast yesterday, had gas and cramps all day, and then I have basically been on the toilet all day today. It’s been brutal. Everything else I’ve eaten over the last 48 hours is something I’ve eaten before, so I feel sure the cereal was the culprit—this was my first time trying this cereal and it will absolutely be my last. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Cramps, Gas
