Cod Meal Causes Illness - Rod 'N' Reel Restaurant, Chesapeake Beach Maryland

The night of July 14, 2017 i was with my husband. I ate cod fish, coleslaw and tartar sauce and by the early morning I had to be taken via ambulance to calvert memorial hospital due to diarrhea and nausea. I was very weak.. tried to inform hotel management of chesapeake beach and resort the next day so they could tell Rod N Reel which is part of their resort, but they didn't seem concerned. Though I see from reviews on Google others have reported food that smelled wrong, people feeling sick, even a bug in someone's food. Just don't want this to happen to other folk. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Weakness
