My daughter bought online via Mr D. Order the spinach n feta.
There was granular or sandy like crunch on spinach.
I immediately reported it to a person. He told me to get refund from Mr D. I thereafter hd headaches, dizziness n a high temperature. I could not cope n came in to trauma at Westville hospital. We are awaiting blood results | Symptoms: Nausea, Headache, Dizziness, Fever
