Had 1 chicken taco & half salad with beans and tortillas strips on it explained all my allergies. We had not even left & I started to feel feverish, my stomach started to hurt & I felt overall unwell. Our visit there was not good from the beginning we waited a long time, no one knew who are server was, we waited to place an order, then for guacamole. The they restaurant was not busy but they were not responsive to customers.
Since Saturday night I have had a low grade fever nausea, stomach pain & GI issues. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Stomach Pain, Fever
