Lettuce Suspected: Severe Illness - Rosa's Café & Tortilla Factory, Grand Prairie Texas

I ate at Rosa's cafe on Tuesday, 6/23 and purchased the Taco plate. Unfortunately, I got severe food poisoning from the lettuce (I believe). I was the only one in my family that experienced it and I was the only one who ate lettuce. I had to go to the ER and was diagnosed with sepsis and colitis due to severe food poisoning. My symptoms were: nausea, vomiting, cramping, lots of bloody diarrhea, dizziness (to the point of fainting), high blood pressure, high heart rate, and chills. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Cramps, Chills, Headache, Dizziness
