Pozole Soup Illness Suspected - Hotel, San José del Cabo Baja California Sur

My wife and I ate generally the same thing before we left the Royal Solaris. Our entire trip we did not leave the resort. We arrived Thursday and we leave this afternoon (04 or Dec). My symptoms began at midnight right after the night of Sunday, 03 of December. That morning we ate at a buffet and the only thing I had different from my wife was what looked like a pozole type of soup. It had hominy some type of shredded meat or chicken and a red broth. There was no sign posted above it to indicate exactly what it was. Symptoms: nausea, diarrhea, vomiting, headache and fever + chills. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Fever, Headache, Chills
