My teenage granddaughter ate a Burrito Especial with Grilled All Natural Chicken yesterday, 7/5/16. The only thing she had eaten that day was dry cereal at home. Approximately six hours later, she asked what we were having for dinner, but, 30 minutes later, she began vomiting. She vomited all night with accompanying diarrhea. After appearing to be dehydrated, I gave her Gatorade to try to keep her hydrated, but she could not keep that down. She saw her doctor this morning, and he said that it was very likely food poisoning. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting
