On Sunday I ordered the alfredo chicken with bacon and mushrooms. It tasted okay, the next day I had stomach pains, cramps, tightness, and diarrhea. That night I got lightheaded and felt dizzy, almost like I was going to pass out. Today I have been having stomach cramps and diarrhea. I heard about the Alfredo recall and noticed Utah is one of the states that had got it distributed. I want to come out with this information to keep track of the recall and hopefully find out if Ruby River Steakhouse buys from the business in which was recalled. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Stomach Pain, Cramps, Lightheaded, Dizziness
