Salad Bar Illness Suspected - Ruby Tuesday, Arnold Missouri

On Saturday I had the salad bar and a burger and fries. On Sunday I had the salad bar and chicken tenders. I had the romaine lettuce with walnuts, apples, sunflower seeds, lettuce, green peas, carrots, and French dressing both times. I felt okay Monday and by Tuesday evening was miserable. My spouse had the same thing but used the spring mix lettuce and did not get sick. I am still sick with diarrhea, dry heaves, stomach pain, chills, feel clamy, missed two days work and felt like crap today and left early. I am also experiencing muscle pain. The dates I ate there are August 18 th and 19th | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Chills, Stomach Pain, Muscle Pain
