Chicken, Spinach: Mystery Illness - Safeway, Auburn California

Not sure  My mother is 91. She got sick and vomited a month ago. She thought it might have been fish. She went to the ER.  They ran a lot of tests.  They did not figure anything out. I visited her a week ago. I felt sick in my stomach the next morning. I had eaten some baby spinach  and some fried chicken. The fried chicken was from there. The chicken tasted fine.
