Purchased Safeway's Open Nature Roasted Bone-In Chicken Breast (from fully cooked, heated section) at approx. 6: 30 p.m. on 3/12/2018. At 7:00 p.m. , I ate portion of it with fresh cooked basmati rice (which I've eaten lots of times with no problem) and white corn (from microwavable pouch). I drank filtered water with it. Within 1 hr., bad headache. In 2 hrs, tried to stand/walk and was dizzy. Bad diarrhea. In 3 hrs , tried to go to sleep, but room was spinning (way worse than hangover from college days). Tried to read symptoms on phone and words were all blurry. Felt extremely nauseous. For hrs, sat next to toilet, waiting for vomit to come. At 1 a.m. on 3/13, started vomiting. Lasted 20 mins. total. Thought I was having heart attack due to dizziness and blurred vision (neurological issues). Still shaky and dizzy, tried to sleep. Woke up weak. Drank electrolytes. Called dr. office. It's now 3/14 and im better but not 100%. Worried about long-lasting neurological effects. Stomach still gurgling and diarrhea. Missed 2 days of work. It had to be the chicken. Almost instantaneous reaction. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Headache, Dizziness, Other, Weakness, Blurry vision
