Yesterday we ate readymade meatloaf wrapped in bacon from Safeway store, Noriega St., San Francisco. It poisoned us. We were sick all night, throwing up, diarrhea, headache, stomach ache, slight fever and chills. We have to stay home today, weak, nausea, dizzy, just feeling I'll 1:31 PM The meatloaf was bought Friday, January 19th, put in the fridge, c baked and eaten January 21st. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Headache, Chills, Dizziness, Stomach Pain
