I bought chips, Reyer's dip and Signature chicken alfredo pasta. I began having nausea 11 hours later and began vomiting almost immediately. I vomited violently for about 6 hours and finally went to the ER. I had severe diarrhea as well. I continued vomiting until I was given medication, and the diarrhea continued for 2 days. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting
