Ok so this is actually the second time I've gotten sick from eating one of the Hormel Compleats (or Dinty Moore?) meals. The first time was like a month ago or so? Idk exactly when but it was after I had the Spaghetti and Meat Sauce style of the Compleats meal. Then last night (5/29/2023) around like 9-10pm I had the Beef Stew flavor (but apparently its Dinty Moore for this flavor??) and know the next morning I am not feeling well.Currently I have nausea, diarrhea, and like a bunch of fatigue. Like I made sure that both versions had no dairy in them, as I'm severely lactose intolerant/allergic to dairy. But these symptoms are far worse than my normal "accidentally had dairy" issues. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Fatigue
