I bought a Chicken and bacon Caesar wrap on Friday 1st of August with a use by of 4th of August.
I ate the wrap on Saturday whilst traveling up to Oxfordshire
I became unwell with severe stomach cramps and diareah on Saturday evening. This carried on through to Monday morning. I was admitted into hospital. I was given. Codiene, liquid morphine and a strong painkiller into my canula. I was discharged after leaving a faecal sample.
Pain and diareah continued.
I had a phone call from the hospital yesterday and I have Compylobacter, food poisoning.
I am now taking antibiotics.
I feel that Sainsbury's Falmouth need to be made aware of this. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Stomach Pain, Fever, Cramps, Chills, Headache
