Bakery Items Cause Illness - Sainsbury's, London England

This happened yesterday May 6th. I bought a couple items from their bakery section. A cheese twist and a cinnamon whirl. A couple hours went by then all of a sudden I got server stomach cramps. I went to lay it off but it got worse. I had severe pain in my chest, fever, tingling in my hands, sunken eyes, chills, breathless, slurred speech and dizziness. My mother came home from work and drove me to the hospital A&E. While I was waiting in pain I suddenly had the urge to go to the toilet. Then I vomited my food out. I was suffering for about and hour and a half :( . It was horrible and scary I would never eat from their bakery again clearly the food is contaminated with harmful bacteria. | Symptoms: Vomiting, Fever, Cramps, Dizziness, Chills, Chest Pain, Shortness of Breath
