Chicken Wrap Illness Symptoms - Sainsbury's, Edinburgh Scotland

I bought a Southern fried chicken wrap for lunch yesterday 19/10/2021 and started to feel unwell after 2 hours. I started feeling achy and with a bad headache, then nausea. After 9 hours I couldn't stop vomiting and I have felt unwell since then. I had some diarrhea and terrible stomach cramps all night.
Stomach starting to settle but still feeling achy all over, headache and 37, 2° temperature. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Cramps, Headache, Fever
