Fresh Express Italian mix RTE salad with romain and red cabbage, Bought the Fresh Express salad mix from here, Even though salad is pre-rinsed I always rinse it before eating. Got extremely severe diarrhea for several days, plus stomach pain also pain in lungs though I am not sure that could be related.
