Bought a bores head chef salad from here today. The salad contained spicy coby cheese, buffalo chicken and ham, black olives, hard boiled egg, cucumber, Pico, and a spicy south west dressing. I have had bad stomach cramps accompanied with diarrhea and cannot eat anything without having to run to the bathroom. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Cramps
