I had a bigger version of regular house salad with blue cheese dressing. Around 2pm on Thursday October 18th 2018. Felt sick about 2 hours later. Started nausea then diahrea. On Friday started throwing up. Today is Monday and stomach still little upset | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting
