Frozen California Pizza kitchen BBQ chicken pizza. Eaten at 1 pm, three people who consumed it all developed sudden diarrhea at 2 am. Chills and fever. Two people in the same household who didn't eat it have no symptoms., 3 people sick, onset 11-13 hours. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Chills
