Bought a four meat Sam's Club whole pizza on Thursday evening, April 2, 2026. I ate a few slices while on a road trip that afternoon and felt fine but the next day I ate two more slices and got deathly ill. I had not eaten anything else besides that pizza.

Bought a cake to serve for my daughters baby announcement on 7/28/2023. She cut the cake infront of friends and family. As she was cutting the cake she had some difficulty. There was a big piece of plastic wrap just sitting in the cake.i

Me and my family ate rotisserie chicken Sunday night January 26th. I began feeling symptoms of diarrhea nausea and vomiting the next day as well as my family members who also ate the chicken. It is now the third day since eating the chicken and I'm still feeling symptoms.

Frozen California Pizza kitchen BBQ chicken pizza. Eaten at 1 pm, three people who consumed it all developed sudden diarrhea at 2 am. Chills and fever. Two people in the same household who didn't eat it have no symptoms., 3 people sick, onset 11-13 hours.
