Bought a four meat Sam’s Club whole pizza on Thursday evening, April 2, 2026. I ate a few slices while on a road trip that afternoon and felt fine but the next day I ate two more slices and got deathly ill. I had not eaten anything else besides that pizza | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Cramps, Headache
