Chicken Salad Sandwich Illness - Sam's Club, North Las Vegas Nevada

I had a prepared chicken salad croissant sandwich at 12:30pm and felt sick soon after. Ended up in the hospital, vomiting, diarrhea, cramps, tetany. Had to call paramedics, taken in the ambulance to hospital and given iv fluids. I bought it on 4/24/2025 and ate it the very next day and was horridly sick. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Cramps
