Food Safety Report - Sam's Club, Fort Wayne Indiana

1 week ago reported by user-bpcq6915 business

Sam's Club, Lima Road, Fort Wayne, IN, USA

6736 Lima Road, Fort Wayne, 46818 Indiana, United States

Me and my Family shopped at Sam's club on Sunday 1/18/26, we had gotten a 16.75 chuckroll. The following morning (1/19/26) I had made 2 steaks for me and my Girlfriend, this was the ONLY item we both ate all day. I woke up from a 2 hour "sleep" to my stomach in extreme pain and I was highly nauseous. I immediately had to go and throw up, and for the next 4 hours (1-5pm) I was throwing up and having diarrhea nonstop until I felt I was genuinely not going to make it. I was rushed to the ER, where I was given a full IV bag, morphine, and antibiotics. I was severely dehydrated because NOTHING not even water was staying in my system. I underwent a CT scan and a urine test, the CT scan showed I had colitis and inflammation in my digestive system. My girlfriend throughout the day has also been experiencing diarrhea, heat flashes, nausea, and abdominal pain. I have continued to empty my stomach throughout the entire day, even during and after the ER. The ER kept me there for over 3 hours undergoing tests. I would like to have the meat we bought tested for E-coli, as this is the only thing we ate that my family didn't. Please keep me updated. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Cramps, Chills
