My son and I both order a pizza slice combo form the food court. I chose the veggie supreme and my son has pepperoni. Within an hour of eating I was bloated, nauseas and plain sick. I couldn’t tolerate any food or drinks since eating the pizza. 2 days later I was admitted to the hospital with severe abdominal pain, diarrhea, and fever. They found salmonella in my stool culture. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Fever, Bloating, Stomach Pain
