3 out of the 5 people in my family got extremely sick the first night with non stop vomiting and diarrhea that lasted around 24 hours, the next night I got sick and am still currently to sick to leave my hotel room. I am always super cautious with what I eat and drink in Mexico and have never had an issue. Also I have heard so many other guest say that got horribly ill | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Fever, Cramps, Chills, Headache

This sounds like norovirus not food poisoning. Very unlikely you all get food poisoning at the same time.
