I usually get cold sandwiches from here around 8 AM and eat it at 12 mid-day. The sandwiches are stored in a thermal food bag with reflective inline for thermal consistency for 3-4 hrs. On 17/05/2022 8:15 AM I purchased a ham and cheese sandwich+ pack of Tangy Doritos and a bottle of smoothie. I consumed the sandwich around 12 mid day and Immediately I had stomachache. Around 4 PM the same day I started to develop a very high fever, shivering, feeling nauseous and bloated. I immediately had to leave my work and come home. I had diarrhoea. I opened bowel 3 times in the period of 1 hour. My fever lasted for the rest of the day. I was feeling fine the morning after. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Fever, Bloating, Stomach Pain, Shaking
