I had a sausage egg muffin that my dad bought me and now my stomach hurts really bad. I realize the sausage egg muffin I didn’t have time to eat when he brought me it and it sat at room temp in my room from 2 until around 5:30 is when I ate it. Now my stomach hurts and I’m scared that I’m going to get food poisoning. My mom thinks my stomach hurts because I took an iron pill after I ate the sandwich. | Symptoms: Other, Stomach Pain
