Severe nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, chills, fever after eating one slice of cheese pizza. Had to go to ER and CT scan revealed colitis brought on by food poisoning. Was the only thing I ate that day. Sick for a week. This occurred on Oct. 23, 2023. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Fever, Chills

Toward end if October, 2023 I bought a slice of pizza at Sbarro in the Paddock Mall in Ocala FL. Within 24 hours of eating the Pizza, which had an odd taste, I developed HorribleI stomach pain and nausea. Next day the pain spread into my lower abdomen. The event lasted and lasted, with unrelenting nausea and fatigue because I lost my appetite and could not eat anything. It is now 12/7/2023 and FINALLY I feel normal again. The stomach and intestinal cramping was miserable. I will NEVER go back to that or any other Sbarros.
