Ate lunch on 6/1317 at ~1115 and ordered the #4 (two tacos with chips/salsa) soft beef and had sweet tea. Poured a bit of their sauce in a bottle on both tacos. A couple of hours after finishing, it was like the food expanded in my stomach. Another hour and I was bloated and distended - very uncomfortable. Stayed this way until about 0330 the next morning (no sleep). Had fever and chills. Went to doctor the next day and received meds for nausea, vomiting, and antibiotics. Still was too weak to go to work the next day. Did not eat for 48 hours. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Weakness, Bloating, Chills
