Chicken Sandwich Illness Report - Shake Shack, Miami Florida

Tuesday 8/22/23. Ate a chicken sandwich with avocado, tomato and bacon with fries for lunch with coworkers. Had indigestion that afternoon and by the early evening severe stomach cramping and nausea. By late evening I was projectile vomiting and in severe pain with shaking and chills. One of my colleagues who ordered the same thing was also sick. The other was not and he ate a different meal. I felt much better after throwing up but wasn’t fully recovered for another 36 hours. | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting, Chills, Indigestion, Shaking, Stomach Pain, Other, Cramps
